The General Data Protection Regulation, the according Law (2000) and the Data Protection Adjustment Law 2018 serve as a protection of private data. Your data are processed exclusively in alignment with statutory provisions (DSGVO, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

It is important to me to protect and safeguard all private and personal data conveyed to me.
- Purpose, Legal Background and Duration
All personal data disclosed within the framework of the mediation procedure – ie, name, title, address, telefone number, e-mail, income, will be processed according to Austrian Law and exclusively in order to fulfil contractual duties with the client. The data will be retained for the duration of liability, at least for 7 years, or according to the legal requirements respectively ( DSGVO).
- Instruction on the right to appeal
You are entitled to correction, deletion, limitation, transfer of data and opposition, if you legitimize yourself as the authorised person. Should you be of the opinion that the processing of your data is against the law of data protection or other data protection related claims have been infringed upon, you can lodge a complaint at the controlling authority(http://dsb.gv.at).
